How to Prepare Green Tea for Weight Loss

Drinking green tea have been shown to be the easiest, fastest and healthiest way to lose weight and burn those excessive fats though some ill prepared green tea are not slimming tea anymore because they won’t perform the original function they were thought for and this is because most people don’t know how to prepare green tea for weight loss and in this my post on the green weight loss tea site, I will show you how to prepare green tea for weight loss and make it delicious.
People all over the world enjoy the slimming green tea for its delicious flavor, its natural taste, plentiful antioxidants and low level of caffeine. A lot of the green tea varieties are from China, Japan & India and each of the green tea with their unique way of slimming you  and help you burn fats fast so as to lose weight and they also help in cleaning and detoxifying our body when you drink the tea regularly.
Right now, let me show you how to prepare green tea for weight loss.
Things you will need:
1.      Tea Kettle
2.      Tea Pot
3.      Tea Cup
4.      Tea Spoon
5.      Tea Strainer
6.      Pure Water or Spring Water
7.      Honey & Lemon
8.      Green Tea Leaves or Pre-Portioned Green Tea

Preparing Your Green Tea:
The entire process of making your fresh warm green tea and ready for consumption in other to burn those excessive fats won’t take much time more than just few minutes.
1.      Pour the pure water or spring water into your tea kettle and place on heat (never use microwave) and for best testing, use filtered tap water or bottled spring water to remove chlorine.
2.      Remove from heat after few minutes and let it cool for about 30 – 60 seconds because unlike other tea, green tea will produce a bitter taste with boiling water, so… just make the water to be warm or a little bit hot.
3.      Bring out your clean and dry tea pot and pour 2 – 3 grams of green tea (1 tea spoon) and if it’s a pre-portioned green tea, use 1 tea bag for a tea pot.
4.      Then pour the warm or hot water into the tea pot and allow for about 2 minutes, longer time will infuse stronger taste in the green tea.
5.      If you are using a loose leaf tea, place a strainer over each tea cup to avoid any unwanted green tea leaf though some tea pot now comes with a strainer.
6.      Add 1 – 2 tea spoons of natural honey and lemon to add a refreshing taste and make it delicious, it’s very important to add natural honey and or lemon into your green tea to increase the healthy rate of body cleansing and detoxification for natural healthy living.
7.      Now stir each cup with your dry and clean tea spoon then you can drink.

Green Tea Tips:
1.      Don’t drink cold green tea because it won’t be delicious any more.
2.      Never allow green tea leaves or green tea bags to steep in hot water for longer than 3 minutes to avoid bitter taste.
3.      Always add lemon, mints, sugar or honey for refreshing taste
4.      Though milk makes it sweeter but I will advise you against using milk especially industrialized and tinned/canned milks in preparing green tea
5.      Loose green tea leaf produces a better flavor than tea bags
6.      To re-use your tea leaves (or pearls) just plunge the tea strainer into a cup of ice water immediately after the steeping process. Depending on the type of tea you're using, you should be able to get at least one additional use of your leaves or pearls.
